WHO YOU ARE:
We're looking for full-time Customer Support Fraud Specialist for our athleisure brand POP Fit Clothing and our underwear brand Cheek Boss. This position will tackle disputed transactions, escalated customer emails, add retention tactics to maintain customer loyalty, and craft unique responses to assist the customer with out of the box thinking. You will represent our brands mission and voice to customers via email support tickets. Customer Support and transaction / fraud dispute experience is required.
HOURS & PAY:
- $40,000+ d.o.e
- 40 Hours Guaranteed
- 9am-5:30pm M-F in office
- Some overtime may be required in peak seasons
- Room for growth into Management level positions

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Respond to our customers efficiently and effectively via email, live chat, and social media.
- Ensure policies are being upheld while also keeping the customer’s satisfaction in mind.
- Handle escalated customer situations including problem solving and deescalating angry customer emails.
- Respond to all dispute and fraud transactions by providing proof of purchase, transaction history, and all proof of validity for disputed transaction.
- Track and analyze dispute data to monitor dispute outcomes, determine best practices, and re-evaluate strategy.
- Assist in writing or improving on existing saved replies / customer facing policies.
- Contribute to the department by offering feedback on how we can keep and grow our loyal community of customers.
- Miscellaneous projects including cross departmental assistance for Product Development, Marketing, and Content Team.
- Delegating tasks when necessary.
YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF:
- You have a strong command of how to use the internet, web-based tools, and nearly perfect grammar.
- Must have 2+ years in online Customer Support / Chat Assistance.
- Previous experience disputing fraud or reviewing fraud claims preferred.
- The ability to problem solve quickly.
- Out of the box thinking.
- Flexibility and teamwork oriented.
- Excellent communication and follow up skills.
- Detail oriented while still maintaining a sense of urgency.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
