The Role: Individual Contributor External Facing Role
Essential Functions:
- Integration of Multiple systems of the Client within a short timeframe
- Gather requirements for healthcare project needs
- Needing Strong Communication & leadership skills with strong Business acumen to drive Business and associated technology solutions.
- Being self-motivated to act as a Go Getter in the initial assessment & planning phase to build the right structure of the teams who can drive towards the program goals.
- Interaction with multiple levels including senior management, providing recommendations, and participating in the decision-making.
Qualifications:
Education: BS in Computer Science or related major
Required Experience:
- Sound knowledge of US Healthcare Domain
- Excellent and crisp “to the point” communication skills
- Ability to manage scrum of scrum pulling together multiple teams in resolving issues & blockers.
- Ability to pull Business & IT Teams together to drive towards requirement gathering to resolve bottlenecks.
Desired Experience:
- Plan View (must have), Microsoft MPP, JIRA, Confluence, GRID

- Expert facilitation skills
- Quick critical thinking skills to analyze a situation and organize and guide teams to solve problems.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $90K -$110K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
