We are seeking a Healthcare Account Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will utilize your excellent communication skills to work alongside our clients helping them to achieve operational excellence by providing revenue cycle management expertise to their business operations. You'll serve as the liaison between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities and Duties

  • Review Revenue Cycle Management reports including standard monthly financial and account reports in preparation for client presentations.
  • Establish and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients, understanding unique needs for each account.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of services according to account specific needs and objectives. Follow up as needed with client's issues to ensure appropriate customer satisfaction has been accomplished.
  • Maintain current and accurate records of client activities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Experience in Revenue Cycle Management operations required (e.g. medical billing, healthcare office management)
  • Proficient in MS Suite of Apps (Outlook, Teams, Powerpoint, Excel) and Zoom.
  • Excellent typing and 10-key skills.
  • Understanding of pertinent regulatory guidelines such as HIPAA.
  • Experience working with Practice Management and CRM Software Systems preferred.
  • Ability to run external meetings independently and present to key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and professionally within a team, across an organization.
  • Physical requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must have reliable access to a four wheeled automobile for use in the performance of duties
  • Must have valid driver's license issued within the United States and personal automobile insurance
  • Work schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday (Flex schedule available upon manager approval)
