The Neighborhood in Rio Rancho is looking for a Health Services Director/Health Services Administrator ready for an exciting challenge! As our Administrator, you'll be at the helm, steering the ship and ensuring our SNF and AL departments run like they’re well-oiled machine. You'll be the go-to person for keeping everything in line with federal, state, and local standards, making sure our residents receive top-notch care around the clock. You'll also be the mastermind behind our facility's quality and financial success. But it's not all about crunching numbers - you'll be leading our fantastic clinical staff, working hand-in-hand with them to provide the level of care that our treasured residents deserve, while supporting and mentoring your team to be their best selves. About You:
- Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in good standing is required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ comparable experience in a retirement facility required. Previous experience in CCRC is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business or a related field.
- Working knowledge of long-term care facility medical practices and procedures, state and federal privacy laws, state and federal operations regulations, OSHA; as well as department operations, financial management, regulatory compliance, program development.
- Current valid CPR & first aid certification, valid driver’s license insurable by the designated carrier.
