BluePeak ADVISORS (www.bluepeakadvisors.com),a Gallagher Company, provides Consulting in PBM and Medicare Advantage (MA) and Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug Plan (MA-PD) Health Plan operations, Medicare compliance consulting, STAR rating improvements, CMS advocacy and support, pharmaceutical manufacturer marketing, and payer strategies for reimbursement. BluePeak also has expertise in operational and clinical program strategies, data analytics, and Medicaid managed care, Special Needs Plans (SNP), Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Plan audit and compliance.
Responsibilities
Position Overview: The Health PlanSales Executive (also referred to as Client Services Director) is responsible for new business development for all BluePeak ADVISORS consulting solutions across the U.S., selling into Health Plan Providers/Payers. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, Health Plan operations and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop individual sales strategies
- Meet or exceed targeted revenue goals
- Identify sales opportunities through individual networking, prospecting, participation in marketing efforts, attendance at industry meetings, RFP responses and proposal development and building internal relationships (cross-selling) with Gallagher Lines of Business
- Represent BluePeak with external constituencies, professional associations, advisory groups, and others through speaking engagements, board memberships or other related ways of contribution.
- Client relationship management
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience required OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years experience. Appropriate insurance licensing required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 10 years of Consultative Sales Experience, selling into the Health Care space, specifically Health Plan Providers/Payers
- Familiarity with Medicare audits and or compliance
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
