Health Law Associate

A Largest Law Firm nationally recognized healthcare practice is seeking to fill a senior-level Health Law Associate position. The ideal candidate will have at least four to six years of transactional experience advising health care providers. Experience handling operational and corporate work for different types of providers, including surgery centers, ancillary service providers, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, labs, and long-term care providers, is a plus. Candidates should have experience with a leading law firm or healthcare provider and strong law school credentials. Candidates must have excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented and have the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
