Location: Boca Raton FL

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)

Position Overview:We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Health Insurance Agents. As a Health Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in navigating the complex world of Health Insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid, life insurance, and ACA plans. You will work with a variety of carriers, including Humana, Client Cross, United Healthcare, Client, WellCare, and regional companies. This position requires either a Florida 215 or Florida 240 license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on available Health Insurance options, including Medicare, Medicaid, ACA, and life insurance.
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs and preferences.
• Provide personalized recommendations and assist clients in selecting suitable insurance plans.
• Handle inbound calls, warm transfers, and engage in outbound prospecting.
• Work collaboratively with various insurance carriers to secure policies for clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.
• Attend training sessions and obtain required certifications for different insurance carriers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant licensing and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Florida 215 or Florida 240 license required.
• No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in using technology and comfortable with various software applications.

Compensation:

• Base Pay: $18 per hour.
• Commission Structure: Tiered, based on sales performance.
  • 5-7 sales per week: $40 per sale
  • 8 sales per week: $80 per sale
  • 9-14 sales per week: $100 per sale
  • 15 or more sales per week: $120 per sale
• Additional benefits and incentives available, including PTO, sick leave, and contribution towards state license fees.

Onboarding Process:

• Four-week onboarding program, which includes training, certifications, and mentorship.

Career Growth Opportunities:Successful Health Insurance Agents have the potential to earn between $60,000 and $140,000 annually based on performance. We offer a supportive and dynamic work environment where dedication and hard work are rewarded.
