**Responsibilities:**
- Lead by example, showcasing a commitment to Health and Fitness in both personal and professional spheres.
- Engage with members, providing motivation, support, and education to help them achieve their fitness goals.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning, constantly seeking new information and strategies to enhance your expertise and our services.
- Take on leadership roles within our community, guiding members through fitness programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the A1 Health and Fitness team to innovate and improve our service offerings.
**Qualifications:**
- Demonstrated passion for Health and Fitness, with a lifestyle that reflects this commitment.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Strong communication skills, capable of building rapport and fostering a supportive community environment.
- Openness to learning, with a humble approach to personal and professional development.
- Previous experience in the Health and Fitness industry is a plus, but not required.
