American Health & Wellness, an Indianapolis-based strategic benefits advisor providing employee benefit solutions that reduce costs while improving the health and well-being of employees, is seeking an energetic customer-centric Health Coach to join our growing team. We are searching for candidates that are dynamic and hardworking, who enjoy educating, motivating and engaging others on health and wellness topics.

Core Competencies/Requirements:
Must be upbeat with a can-do attitude and exceptional aptitude for client service
Ability to dynamically engage an audience virtually and in-person
Comfortable with one-on-one interaction and coaching/educating on weight management and nutrition
Able to thrive in a professional environment and able to work individually and as part of a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Ability to think outside the box, be creative and design wellness seminars
Ability to create content that engages a variety of demographics
4 year degree in a health related field or related experience
Job Responsibilities:
Promote wellness programs to American Health & Wellness corporate clients
Design specific seminars to meet client needs
Present dynamic health and wellness educational seminars to small and large groups
Work with client employees to improve health and wellness
Flexibility to work early a.m. as needed by clients (7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.) Work week is typically 40 hours.
Stay up-to-date on health and wellness news and topics
Utilize company social media to promote wellness programs

Pay: $40.00 - $43.00 per hour
