```Duties```
- Provide Health Coaching services to clients, focusing on areas such as weight loss, nutrition, and overall well-being
- Develop personalized care plans for clients based on their individual needs and goals
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine clients' current health status and identify areas for improvement
- Educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices, including proper nutrition, exercise, and stress management techniques
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support clients in making positive behavior changes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal results
```Skills```
- Strong background in Health Coaching or related field
- Knowledge of weight loss strategies and techniques
- Familiarity with various health conditions and their impact on overall well-being
- Ability to develop personalized care plans based on individual client needs
- Experience in yoga or personal training is a plus
- Understanding of behavioral health principles and their application in a coaching setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Empathy and compassion for clients' unique challenges and goals

Pay: $20.00 - $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 100 per week
