Paid Medical Training, No Experience Necessary!

Location Placement: You may be placed at either of our two Albuquerque locations which are only about 10 min away from each other. You will train at both.
SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week
Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am-6:00 pm
* Schedules are based on the Health Center's needs and are subject to change
Important: If you are scheduled for an opening or closing shift, your shift would start at least 15 min before opening time, and/or end at least 15 min after closing time.
Compensation Starting at:*
HCA I: $18.75 / hour, during first 3-6 months of training
-If have a Medical Assistant Certificate, Phlebotomy Certificate, or are a Certified Nurse Assistant: $19.00/ hour
HCA II: $19.25 / hour, after completing training (usually within 3-6 months)
HCA III: $20.75 / hour within 12 to 15 months
This position is hourly, non-exempt.
*Promotion timelines are averages and may take less or more time depending on learning aptitude
You may also earn an additional:
$1.25 / hour, upon passing a conversational Spanish Fluency test (30 min)
$2.00 / hour, when you become a preceptor/train new HCA I's
During training your schedule may vary and is not representative of the permanent schedule you will receive after training, once you are placed in your permanent position.
After you complete your training you will be assigned a permanent schedule at a home Health Center. Your schedule will be assigned based on operational needs.
