Health And Wellness Clerk (Part-Time)

HEALTH AND WELLNESS CLERK

Department: Wellness Reports To: Wellness Manager

Classification: Non-Exempt

Status: Part-Time

Salary: Contact Human Resources

GENERAL FUNCTIONS:
Provides secretarial and clerical services to support the medical and dental staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience: Three to six months related experience is required. Typing skills and some knowledge of
medical terminology is necessary.

Days: Monday – Thursday (7:00 AM to 12:00 PM)

Job Description:
- Types routine and technical materials, subject to detailed review by the manager.
- Maintains logs on Wellness patients
- Complies reports for the Center Health Management Information System
- Acts as a receptionist and makes appointments for the manager.
- Posts and maintains records.

LICENSE OR CERTIFICATIONS:

A valid Driver’s License is required.

• 4 hour shift
