We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Head Personal Trainer to join our team and lead our training department.
Position Overview: As the Head Personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness Robinson, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional fitness experiences to our members. You will lead a team of personal trainers, complete fitness assessments, create personalized training programs, and inspire individuals to reach their fitness potential. This position requires a strong commitment to health and wellness, excel in customer service, outstanding leadership skills, and a dedication to helping others achieve their fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, coach, and motivate a team of personal trainers.
- Set a positive example through your own fitness journey and dedication.
- Create a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Personal Training:
- Conduct one-on-one & Small Group training sessions with members.
- Complete complimentary fitness assessments for new and current members
- Assess members' fitness levels and goals to design customized training programs.
- Provide expert guidance on exercise techniques, nutrition, and lifestyle choices.
- Track member progress and make necessary adjustments to training plans.
Program Development:
- Develop and implement innovative and effective fitness programs.
- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and equipment.
- Ensure that all training programs are safe, goal-oriented, and in line with industry standards.
- Review personal trainers program development to make sure they are understanding and creating the proper program to the members goals and wants.
Member Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with members and encourage their active participation.
- Participate in club marketing.
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand member needs.
- Act as a fitness resource for members, answering questions and providing guidance.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of member progress and personal training sessions.
- Assist in scheduling personal training sessions and managing trainer schedules.
- Collaborate with management on marketing and promotion of personal training services.
- Make calls/texts/emails to members to create ongoing relationship.
- Assist in keeping the cleanliness of the club.
Qualifications:
- Certified Personal Trainer with a nationally recognized certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM).
- Previous experience in personal training and fitness coaching.
- Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- A passion for health and fitness and a commitment to helping others achieve their goals.
