Head Start Program/Education Manager - $57,640 to $63,550 annual salary (per qualifications)

Our Program/Education Manager is a senior member of the management team responsible for the supervision and continued professional development of staff in our constant effort to improve.

Minimum Requirements
Baccalaureate or advanced degree from an accredited college in early childhood education, a minimum of two years' experience teaching preschool-aged children, and proven management experience. Ability to supervise, provide leadership, monitor performance, conduct interviews and coach/counsel/develop employees. Ability to provide a trans-disciplinary approach to presenting information and conducting interventions. Bilingual English/Spanish and previous Head Start experience highly preferred.
Must possess and maintain a valid Oregon driver's license, Food Handlers certification, First Aid and CPR certification, health verification form, and enrollment in Oregon Childcare Division Criminal History Registry. Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS) Observer certification required or obtained within three months of hire. Annual CLASS Observer recertification required. Trained in Practice Based Coaching or must obtain training within four months of hire. Knowledge of PBIS and Conscious Discipline.
