Role Overview:

As a trusted recruitment partner, we are assisting in the search for a Head of Technology R&D. This pivotal role will lead the R&D team, shaping the future of AI technology and steering the company toward new heights of success. The role will involve spearheading advancements in LLMs, SLMs, and the development and deployment of AIaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the R&D team to drive innovation and development of cutting-edge AI technologies, particularly in LLMs, SLMs, and AIaaS

- Strategically guide and execute R&D initiatives in line with company objectives

- Evaluate emerging technologies and leverage them to enhance product offerings

- Collaborate cross-functionally to align R&D efforts with business goals

Requirements:

- Proven experience in AI technology and successful leadership in R&D roles

- Expertise in hybrid work is advantageous
