Head ofSupply Chain and Logistics Operations (SCO), Headquarters
Celona is looking for a Head SCO to oversee E2E Supply Chain management and Logistics Operations. You should be a leader with an analytical and strategic mindset, with a passion for fast paced, innovative, global, emerging growth innovation. You will be a non-executive invited member of Executive Staff. Our ideal candidate has worked within the Networking space and has a solid understanding of Networking products and inventory.
As the Head SCO, you will lead the SCO Initiative, encompassing management of:

• E2E Supply Chain
• Global Logistics
• Inventory Planning as S&OP lead
• Vendor Liaison (CM's, 3PL, Freight, Compliance)
• Procurement, Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Management
• Backlog (establishing and meeting Customer committed lead times)
• Import/Export Compliance

The position requires onsite presence at our Campbell, CA HQ a min of 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities as Initiative Owner:

• Lead S&OP planning team, including:
• Purchase Orders, including SKU mix, timing, T&Cs, transit and allocation to specific 3PL geos (CA, NL, UK, APAC)
• Supply sidereporting (FGI on hand by SKU/3PL Geo, Inventory in Transit, Inventory on Order,
  Inventory orders planned pending issuance); Product team will provide Demand Side Forecasting
• Cross discipline coordination for all critical input variables (Sales, Sales Ops, Product, Accounting and FP&A
• Manage E2E Supply Chain, ensuring timely procurement of SKU mix to meet demand and maintain optimal inventory mix levels at global 3PL depots, including:
• Expeditors (3PL); freight, logistics, rework
• TecEx (IOR)
• FedEx/Flexport (Freight)
• Procurement utilizing NetSuite ERP
• ODM/JDM/CM vendor management
• Coordinate w/RTB Sales Ops to determine optimal customer delivery date commitment in the SO confirmation process
• Backlog management; coordinating with Product, GTM and RTB teams to ensure appropriate prioritization to meet customer committed delivery dates, including clearing credit, product and acceptance holds.
• Key logistics interface w/GTM and Product teams to ensure all required elements of a deployment are available at the committed date/location to ensure on time deployment obligations are met for both NIaaS and NaaS
• Bridge Drop Ship workflow to accommodate rework, cabling requirements, firmware updates

• Commercial compliance (UK and NL VAT, EORI, Section 23 Deferment License)

• As member of NPI Initiative, responsible for NPI Stage 3 through Stage 5 (FCS GA EOS EOL EOSL)
• Designing SCO KPIs and SFDC based real time Dashboard for presentation to Executive Staff
• PLM utilizing the Propel SaaS Platform

Compensation for this role is between $155,000 - $185,000 depending on job-related skills and experience.
