Form of workZoomInfo is seeking an experienced Head of Social Media who will lead our Social Media strategy for a high-growth tech company. We're looking for a savvy Social Media expert with a creative mindset who can deliver purposeful content that empowers our target audience of revenue professionals.
In this role, you will create and execute on a competitive and compelling multimedia strategy for our Social Media channels, including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTok, focused on growing followers and engagement across all channels. This is a great opportunity to tell the brand story for an exciting and growing B2B tech company.
You will work cross functionally with internal thought leaders, content creators, community leaders, and others to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to our Social Media strategy. We're looking for someone who is sharp, scrappy, and ready to hit the ground running. The job will include managing a Social Media calendar that aligns with our goals and brand story, crafting creative social-specific content, and providing customer-facing support as needed through our Social Media channels. This is a senior IC role that has the potential to develop into a management role.
What you'll do:
- Develop a vision for Social Media strategy at ZoomInfo and deliver on engagement and awareness goals
- Organize and maintain our social calendar, including scheduling and publishing social content
- Monitor and respond to brand mentions and provide customer-facing support through our social channels
- Write social captions for our social content calendar, including PR announcements, product launches, employee experience, and social first campaigns
- Work closely with the marketing team to produce cross-format content that resonates with our social vision and audience
- Project manage stakeholder requests and ensure alignment with broader company and team objectives
Who we're looking for:
- 10-12 years of experience running Social Media campaigns and strategy, preferably in politics, tech, or media
- Excellent storytelling skills and an ability to write in a consistent and professional company brand voice and tone for each channel
- An ability to take complex topics and ideas and consolidate them into bite-sized content that's educational and personable
- A firm grasp on the complex and evolving world of Social Media
- A keen interest in the latest news and trends to help identify opportunities that work for our content strategy
- Creative instincts and the courage to test out new ideas to see what works
- A growth mindset with a willingness to receive and provide feedback to improve copy, content strategies, and asset development
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects at once
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player mentality, plus a healthy sense of humor
The US base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
