Responsibilities
Manage, grow, and develop the Sales and Marketing organization.
Drive revenue scale and profitability by refining the go-to-market strategy and end-to-end customer engagement strategy, ensuring a world class customer experience and retention.
Your key KPIs will be revenue and margin growth. You will be expected to achieve these KPIs via new customer acquisition and existing customer basket growth
Work with executive team to refine pricing strategies to optimize revenue for each customer segment
Partner with executive leadership to expand Cheetah’s domestic reach, defining strategy for launching into new markets
Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth
Use data to produce greater results for all aspects of Cheetah’s customer facing organization; formulate and track KPIs that drive business performance (such as sales-reps productivity, LTV / CAC, etc.), accurate revenue forecasting, and compensation and incentive design
Provide coaching, counseling and direction to direct reports to ensure their continued professional growth and development
Establish and manage territory alignments to maximize account coverage and penetration
Stay well-connected with customers to ensure broad market needs are being incorporated into the expansion of the Cheetah marketplace
Collaborate with the merchandising/category management teams to advise on merchandising strategy based on customer insights, local market knowledge and company KPIs such as product margin
Qualifications
10+ years of experience Sales and/or Customer Success, 5+ years of experience in sales leadership
Ability to lead others to action by planning, motivating, organizing and controlling work to meet established objectives
Develop and implement change initiatives throughout the organization to drive sustainable revenue growth
Possess an innate ability to channel different points of view, working across all functions to ensure revenue operations are scalable and synchronized throughout customer lifecycle
Significant experience as a general manager or revenue leader with P&L responsibility
Experience reporting and working with Board of Directors
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives, and quotas in an SMB focused sales environment
Experience growing revenue in a startup environment from $10M to $50M
Experience with systems evaluation, optimization, and implementation (Salesforce, other CRMs, and marketing automation systems)

Salary Range: $240,000 - $280,000
