As the Head of Revenue Marketing at Claris, we are looking for someone to increase customer acquisition rates, monitor the results of growth efforts, and execute against revenue-oriented goals. The position will lead digital advertising, email marketing, website optimization, and marketing operations. We are seeking someone to work closely with the Product Marketing, Community and Content teams within Claris' marketing organization and cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product. This role is a key leadership position in Claris and requires a strategic problem solver with a consistent track record of driving growth and user acquisition. The ideal candidate will have experience leading cross-functional teams, be data-driven, and be a creative problem solver We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of data, user life cycle, paid and organic user acquisition methods, and revenue generation.
Key Qualifications
  • Experience as a full stack growth marketer or digital marketer who has worked in B2B SaaS start-up environments, with a track record of driving user acquisition and engagement.
  • Analytical and metrics-driven with an understanding of marketing tech stack to manage and monitor marketing activities.
  • Exposure to product-led growth, free trial, freemium or self-serve SaaS businesses and a successful track record of crafting and implementing growth strategies.
  • Experience with establishing marketing operations best practices, processes, data cleanliness and metrics.
  • Experience directly managing or utilizing data science methodologies to determine efficacy of strategies on key growth metrics (A/B testing, statistical significance, & correlating disparate data).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead all aspects of ROI on growth marketing initiatives with clear successes.
Description
Develop and implement a growth strategy that drives user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Identify and evaluate acquisition channels, including paid and organic marketing, partnerships, and in-product. Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including search, social, and email marketing. Track, analyze, and report on key growth metrics, using data to inform decision-making and drive optimizations. Develop, implement and determine business impact, including analytics, marketing funnel forecasting, and attribution modeling. Oversee website improvements to drive qualified leads, maintain community engagement, and enable training. Ensure quality sales opportunities are being pushed through the marketing funnel by recommending and implementing rules, programs and metrics. Assess, run and help implement all marketing technology, dashboards and tools that are confirmed to be ROI-drivers and will greatly impact the overall organization. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in user acquisition and engagement.

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $202,000 and $304,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
