We are currently seeking the Head of Quality Assurance ready to drive the culture of Quality throughout the entire product development life cycle. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of QA professionals - providing regular direction, mentoring, coaching the team, and ensuring the success of manual and automation efforts.

What You Will Do:
- Lead and manage the entire QA guild, which includes QA Team leads and QA Engineers, providing direction, mentoring, and coaching to QA team members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure their quality needs are met, and provide coaching on quality topics.
- Establish and maintain quality metrics to monitor and report on the effectiveness of the QA processes in collaboration with the Head of Delivery.
- Contribute to the QA environment improvements across all products, working closely with the DevOps and automation team to define optimal solutions for each product.
- Create concepts and strategies for Quality Assurance. Plan their execution and delegate into teams.
- Ensure quality is integrated into all products along with engineering cross-functional teams daily activities improvements.
- Collaborate with the automation team on the test automation project area, mentor, and provide leadership to the managers so that they would be able to grow each QA guild member as a t-shape specialist by growing strong automation skills.
- Plan and monitor the learning budget of the department.
- Participate in interviews, induction, training, and performance evaluation of all QA leads or calibration of evaluation of any QA guild members.
What We Expect:
- Proven experience in leading and managing QA teams, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality products.
- In-depth knowledge of methodologies of Quality Assurance and standards.
- Strong technical skills and experience with relevant testing tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong planning, management, and organizational skills to effectively manage resources and meet project deadlines.
- Ability to recognize and develop talent within the team, and foster a positive team culture.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement in QA practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management to gain buy-in for QA initiatives.
- Generalist knowledge in the QA field, including automation and manual testing, management techniques, and test strategy development.
- Extensive knowledge of management techniques and understanding of the DevOps field, with the ability to leverage automation to improve QA processes and overall engineering efficiency.

- Gross salary from 5,800 EUR/month (depends on your experience).
