Head Of Quality Control

We are looking for a part time Quality control person to monitor and

maintain our food products consistently at our production plant. Person should

be good with numbers, weights, measures, volume. Strong attention to detail

They will attend production runs several times a month to monitor production.

1) Ingredients to make sure they are within specification.

2) Ensure products are being made correctly!

a. Quantity of ingredients

b. Distribution of Fillings and Sauces

c. Layout of product in packaging

d. Neatness of product in packaging and sealing

e. Boxing, Palletization and Storage of Product

Quality Control Supervisor will report into Head of Quality Control as well as company management.

Person should enjoy food, be able to work and think on their feet, be curious, diligent and responsible. Production runs often start very early in the morning and can occur anytime of day.

You will fill out reports and communicate management prior, during and after production runs.

Person does not need to have a food science background but should have a good palate and have interest in cooking and food.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 4 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Menlo Park, CA (Preferred)
