Responsibilities:
  • Develops solutions that meet customers expectations and technical requirements
  • Determines market approaches that are feasible for the organization and able to be integrated
  • Assembles the development and extension of Product portfolios and innovates based on market and competitor analysis
  • Analyzes product fit, network opportunities, and market accessibility and entry
  • Manages and discusses price proposals, seeks out market adjustment opportunities, and remains current on the market price
  • Proposes global strategic initiatives regarding the development of the business, including focus, roadmap, and market analysis
  • Identifies strategic gaps and seeks out business opportunities that require cross-collaboration
  • Tracks customers quality expectations, legal aspects, and consequences of non-compliance
  • Coordinates and monitors the fulfillment of all legal and internal requirements regarding Health, Safety and Environment
  • Leads by example and line with the Freudenberg Guiding Principles and the Code of Conduct, while developing employees, driving Talent Acquisition and Management processes, and fostering a proactive work culture

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience
Specified Years of Industry-relevant experience
Specified Years of Relevant Leadership experience
Relevant certifications, system experience, and training
Professional-Level English language skills preferred
Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while serving as a sparring partner to internal/external stakeholders. Fosters teamwork between employees and across the organization.
