As theHead of Low Power Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) for Siemens Smart Infrastructure eMobility, you will: Lead our product lifecycle strategy, ensuring the successful development, launch, maintenance, and operations of our Low Power product portfolio. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, from R&D and engineering to marketing and sales, to drive product success and market leadership. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the Low Power product lifecycle strategy, including ideation, product development, launch, and post-launch optimization for: AC and Wireless Chargers under 25kW DC Chargers under 50kW Lead and mentor a team of product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions.

Define and prioritize product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and industry trends. Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to ensure prompt and cost-effective product development, adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Drive product launches, marketing strategies, and sales enablement initiatives to achieve revenue and market share goals.

Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, conducting regular reviews to find areas for improvement and optimization. Ensure products adhere to industry standards and regulatory compliance, working closely with regulatory bodies and certification agencies to meet safety, quality, and interoperability requirements. Continuously evaluate and perfect the product portfolio, considering factors such as product differentiation, competitive landscape, and customer needs, to enhance market penetration and profitability.

Stay up to date on technological advancements and industry innovations, translating insights into actionable strategies to keep product relevance and competitiveness. Lead the Software Operations Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to perfect sourcing strategies, handle suppliers effectively, and ensure prompt availability of components to support software product development and availability. You will make impact if you have the following qualifications: Required Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's in Engineering, or Business Administration.

4+ years in technical Product Management. 4+ years of product lifecycle management methodologies and standard processes. 4+ years of Demonstrated success in leading and running cross-functional teams in a dynamic and demanding environment.

Presently lives and can legally work in Western Europe or the United States East Coast for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree. Product Management experience in eMobility, electric vehicle charging solutions, IoT products, or related industries is highly preferred.

Strong critical thinking, and analytical skills with a history of driving product innovation and market growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with internal and external collaborators. Passion for sustainable technologies and a strong commitment to driving the adoption of electric vehicles and renewable energy solutions.

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
