We're seeking a dynamic Financial Controller to join our construction services team. Experience in finance with a construction background a must.

As the Head Of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our financial operations, leading a dedicated finance team, and ensuring the company's financial health and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Leadership: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including cash projections, cash flow, and overall financial strategy.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a finance team, managing day-to-day financial operations and providing guidance on other departments.
• Ownership of Numbers: Take full ownership of the company's financial numbers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic decision-making.
• Yiddish Speaking: Proficiency in Yiddish is essential for effective communication within the organization.
• Outside the Box Thinker: Bring a creative and innovative approach to financial challenges, demonstrating an ability to think outside the box.
• EOS Knowledge:Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a significant advantage.
• Construction Industry Expertise: Experience in the construction service business, particularly in areas like masonry, is a significant advantage.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance role.
• Strong financial acumen and expertise in managing complex financial operations.
• Yiddish language proficiency is a must.
• Experience in the Construction Industry, especially in masonry or related services, is highly desirable.

Compensation:

Competitive salary range of $200,000 to $250,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
