Americas Product Line Head of Cash Management and Payments (CF F AM CMP) is responsible for all CMP related activities in the Americas region, including bank Account management, procuring, implementing and administering the payment infrastructure, management of payments, liquidity and CMP Governance related topics. The Head of AM CMP will lead all strategic CMP initiatives in the region. Direct report to CEO.
We are looking for Head of Cash Management and Payments - Corporate Finance Financing Americas with the position being mostly remote; however, candidates should be available to come into the Iselin, NJ office when required.
Responsibilities:
- Team leader of 8 treasury professionals, responsible for Cash Management and bank partner management
- Lead CMP-related projects and initiatives: Lead the successful rollout of projects - planning, organizing, monitoring, managing risks & problems and communication to all relevant stakeholders including senior management.
- Responsible for payments and payment infrastructure for Siemens Americas - in alignment with global strategy.
- Manage the organization's cash flow and treasury functions to ensure liquidity and optimize working capital. Oversee the management of Cash pools and short-term debt/liquidity management.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders and business partners, fostering positive connections and facilitating strategic partnerships with bank / financial partners.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Drive CMP Excellence: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas of operational excellence, and implementing best practices. Analyze performance metrics, develop strategies to enhance efficiency, and foster a culture of excellence to achieve the company's globally aligned strategic goals.
- Foster innovation and identify new opportunities for CMP in alignment with market trends, ensuring the provision of the best solutions for the evolving business models/needs in the Siemens Group. Evaluate and select vendors for cash & payment solutions, aligned with global strategy.
- Oversee M&A projects for CMP in Americas region.
Requirements are:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Cash Management, treasury, or finance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills in an international environment.
- Solid Project management experience.
- Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Capable of organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
Preferred requirements :
- Master degree
- Proficient change management methodogies
- Experience with office applications and reporting tools such as Tableau,
- Experience in data analysis

- The pay range for this position is $140,200 - $240,400 along with a 25% incentive bonus structure. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
