Description:
This will be a 0 to 1 type of role as you will be leading Sei's ecosystem growth. The Sei team is looking for an experienced leader, to plan Sei's GTM strategy and to build a team to execute.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience growing a protocol, preferably another Layer 1 blockchain
- Experienced team builder
- Strong network across financial institutions, gaming companies, media companies
- Previous experience working at a financial institution is a plus
