As a Head of CorporateCommunications, you will be responsible for: Work in partnership with Siemens Healthineersand Ultrasound corporate brand, franchises, and regions to develop externalCorporate Communications strategies that elevate awareness and perceptions of theultrasound. Create thought leadership strategies to generateawareness of Siemens Healthineers Ultrasound efforts to develop customerpartnerships and solutions. Partner with senior leadership to createstrategic communication messages and awareness.
Develop and execute PR strategy. Partners with Siemens Healthineers corporatecommunications teams and ensure ultrasound team is aware of strategies,messages and tools. Build and maintain relationships with keyinternal and external stakeholders.
Help develop timely and transparentcommunication during crisis This position may suit you best if you are familiarwith what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers: You enjoy turning strategies into stories thatconnect with external stakeholders to build awareness and interest. You have developed comprehensive plans,obtaining stakeholder buy-in and delivering to commitments and deadlines. You have experience working with senior leaders.
You like coaching and developing communicationacross multiple media channels (press release, video, published interviews, etc.). Required skills to have for the success of this role: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 8-10 years of external communicationsin corporate and agency environment. Ability to travel up to 20%.
The pay range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000 annually;however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. The annual incentive target is 15% of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety ofhealth and wellness benefits including paid time off and holidaypay.
