Head Lifeguard

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise lifeguard staff to ensure the safety of all pool patrons
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
- Provide exceptional guest service by addressing any concerns or inquiries
- Conduct regular pool inspections and perform pool cleaning duties as needed
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and pool maintenance activities
- Assist with pool maintenance tasks such as chemical testing and equipment checks
- Respond promptly and effectively to any emergencies or first aid situations
- Conduct swim lessons and provide guidance on proper swimming techniques

Experience:
- Previous experience as a lifeguard or in a similar role is required
- Strong knowledge of lifeguarding techniques, water rescue, and first aid procedures
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with pool maintenance
- Familiarity with pool cleaning equipment and chemicals is preferred
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications are mandatory

Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
