Head Housekeeper

We are a boutique style vacation rental management company. We are looking for a full-time Head Housekeeper.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

The Indigo Team is seeking a full-time Head Housekeeper to join our team in Conway, NH. This is a key leadership role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively. This person is reliable, hard-working, and flexible.

More than just a management team, we provide proven solutions to all your vacation rental needs, making us the only truly full-service management team in the valley. We try to make cleaning as easy as possible - no trash pick ups, take laundry to the laundromat, all needed supplies and linens set up for cleaners every morning, easy software, house occupancy is 10 and less.

Job Description:

- cleaning: making beds, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms; laundry as needed;

- organizing closets and supplies as assigned by the manager;

- note any maintenance issues;

- train new employees on cleaning procedures and safety protocols;

- pick up/drop off laundry at laundromat;

- inspecting cleans as assigned;

- create great experiences for our guests and owners by ensuring houses are clean and ready for their stay.

Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to lead and motivate a team

- Attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

COMPENSATION

Weekly, $20+ according to experience, performance and time spent with the company.
