We are looking for aspiring PGA professional

We are Willows Run Golf Club in Redmond WA. 10402 WIllows Rd NE, Redmond WA 98052.

Relocation expense is fully paid.

Salary: $100K

Guaranteed profit sharing: $10K (Separate from Salary)

Annual salary appraisal : March every year

Annual profit sharing payout: January every year

Growing over 10% in revenue and profit each year for the past 5 years. 30% of profit is reinvested each year, operation is growing and expanding. Company moving on to purchase next golf courses.

18 month Goals: Keeping the carts clean at all times

Necessary task: Pull carts in the morning of Friday and Saturdays/ some other days to audit/ check up on cart cleanlines

Skills: Detail orientation, Follow up skills

18 month Goals: Following Open and closing hours

Necessary task: Schedule staff in accordance with operating hours and budget

Skills: team managements, scheduling skills, ability to fill the open spot, punctuality, lead by example

18 month Goals: Events optimized operation

Necessary task: Contact customers, coordination/ Using event apps/ Billing

Skills: Detail orientation, follow up skills.

18 month Goals: Train shop duties

Necessary task: due diligence on the quality of the subordinates, after training

Skills: Detail orientation, follow up on staffs

18 month: Labor report audit throughout the year

Necessary task: Prepare documents before Saturday morning meetings

Skills: Detail orientation, Notify if there's overtime alert.

CompensationsPay rates: $100,000

Overtime Expectation:

From May - Oct, 5 days a week, 9 am - 8 pm shift Monday - Tuesday off

From Nov - Mar, 5 days a week, 40 - 45 hours a week. Sunday Monday off

Profit sharing: Yes. $10K with the same result as 2023. (guaranteed) More if all time high.

Beating all time year by 10% 5 consecutive years.

Health insurance: Included for self only (Dependents self pay)

Dental and vision: Included for self only (Dependents self pay)

Annual salary evaluation: March every year

Annual Profit sharing: January every year

Vacation pay: 120 hours accruals (paid upfront)

Sick pay: 52 hours per year

Location Expectation: Live or willing to relocate Within 10 miles radius of golf course.
