Head Coach/Studio Lead

Our F45 family is looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and charismatic Head Coach/Studio Lead. F45 Trainers play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead our classes, working closely with each individual member providing the ultimate F45 experience. As an F45 Head Coach/Studio Lead, you will oversee the basic fundamentals of Studio Operation, provide point-of-sale support, and manage the team of full-time and part-time trainers. You will also run group training sessions, assess member fitness levels, build a community that keeps our members coming back every day and promote the F45 brand throughout our market area.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work and function in a TEAM environment; Must possess excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, fun, successful environment for staff and clients
• Previous athletic, sports, or team environment experience STRONGLY preferred
• Strong interest in community investment (charities, events, etc)
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor
• Creative, Out-of-the-box thinker
• Ability to multi-task and manage client and staff concerns
• Strong Social Media Skills and passion for creating
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience, requiredship in the Health & Fitness industry required
• Must have Personal Training Certification /Group Fit Certification through a nationally recognized organization
• Must have CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
• 1+ years of management experience, including directly overseeing all aspects of staff management from hiring, training, supporting, disciplining, and terminating
• Must have outstanding experience delivering high-quality customer service, excellent communication, organizational, and written skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with Studio Owner, Regional Leadership, and clients
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Reliable and punctual with excellent attention to detail
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and afternoons

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high energy culture through contests and incentive-based motivation; collaborate with Studio Manager on creation of studio sales goals and trackingSupport the studio Team in day to day job responsibilities to run the studio effectively (social media engagement, sales support, team and studio development, etc.)
• Assist in overseeing the sales process and systems within the studio and train staff in accordance with Owner/Manager guidance
• Model all studio activities by example, and invest in teams development personally and professionally
• Responsible for helping the team meet performance metrics (KPI's), revenue, and facilities maintenance while leading by example; achieve top sales numbers within the studio
• Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service
• Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally sound
• Encouraged and permitted to Coach classes within studio (PT Certification required)
• Create & Manage a Monthly Community Event Calendar & Host 1 social event per month
• Oversee 4 - 45 day challenges a year
