- Lead initiatives to maximize athlete retention, creating a welcoming and motivating studio environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for our members, addressing their inquiries and concerns with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Implement effective strategies to guarantee a high level of member satisfaction.
- Implement and track retention programs and share retention statistics.
- Oversee day-to-day studio operations to ensure a smooth and efficient member experience.
- Implement specific processes and protocols to streamline operations.
- Manage timekeeping and CRM software, including adding new coaches, managing schedule changes, and assisting in training new coaches.
- Pull insights and analytics to review with your team, for improved scheduling and streamlined studio operations.
- Conduct daily checks on scheduled Strike Classes within CRM to ensure accurate attendance records and class counts.
- Discuss challenges and solutions related to attendance oversight.
- Assist the membership team by answering more technical questions and providing expertise.
- Communicate necessary repairs or equipment replacement needs to management.
- Host monthly/quarterly workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the coaching team.
- Collaborate with the Fitness Director in the process of mitt-work and supporting their initiatives.

Required Experience, Education & Certifications:
- A minimum of five amateur fights with pro-level competitors preferred.
- Experience and basic understanding of multiple disciplines such as Boxing, Muay Thai, and other Mixed Arts.
- A minimum of 1 year experience instructing classes of more than six people of various levels.
- Current CPR/AED certification required.
- Personal training or certifications & group fitness certs preferred.
