- Create seasonal menus, demonstrating culinary innovation while adhering to top standards of taste, presentation, and nutritional value.
- Guide and lead a kitchen team to success; promoting a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning.
- Streamline kitchen operations by overseeing inventory, managing costs, and optimizing workflow.
Salary: $65k -$90k with bonus structure
