Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Brewer to join our team in Philadelphia. As a Master Brewer, you will be responsible for overseeing the brewing process, managing production, and ensuring the quality of our craft beers. You will work closely with our brewing team to create unique and innovative beer recipes, monitor fermentation processes, and maintain a clean and organized brewery environment.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and create new beer recipes

- Manage brewing operations and production schedules

- Monitor fermentation processes and quality control

- Maintain equipment and brewery cleanliness

- Train and supervise brewing staff

- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote our brand

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Master Brewer in a craft brewery

- Strong knowledge of brewing processes and techniques

- Ability to create and innovate beer recipes

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Attention to detail and quality

- Degree in Brewing Science or related field preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.33 - $23.28 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Philadelphia, PA 19106: Relocate before starting work (Required)
