Boys Volleyball Program
The Boys Volleyball program at Holland Christian began during the 2020-21 school year through participation in the Michigan Boys Volleyball Conference for the first time. 2018 was the inaugural season featuring four schools. The conference has grown to include 58 schools from across the state for the 2023 season with Holland Christian currently competing in the lakeshore division. The Michigan Boys Volleyball Conference has petitioned the MHSAA to accept Boys Volleyball as a sanctioned sport with hopes for implementation for the 2025 season. Holland Christian supports the movement toward the MHSAA and is taking active steps to structure Boys Volleyball similarly to our other MHSAA programs. There are numerous sport offerings in the spring season for boys (baseball, golf, lacrosse & track), but volleyball is the only indoor sport. Holland Christian is equipped with new equipment shared with the girls volleyball program featuring a full size gym with three practice courts. The 20-25 athletes interested in participating lead to an important developmental step to structuring a JV team as well.
