Head Basketball Coach
Are you an enthusiastic and dynamic coach who has a passion to help student-athletes be successful?
This position is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the women's basketball program
within the guidelines and values of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA).

- Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals, strategy, and player development principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to the academic and personal development of student-athletes.
Our Ideal Candidate’s Education and Experience Include:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Previous women’s Basketball Coaching experience at the collegiate level.
This Position Is Responsible For:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract talented student-
- Provide leadership and direction to assistant coaches, support staff, and student-athletes,
- Design and execute effective practice plans that focus on skill development, tactical
- Develop game plans to maximize the team's competitive performance.
- Manage the team's budget.
- Monitor the academic progress and overall well-being of student-athletes, providing support
- Comply with all NAIA, GPAC, and College of Saint Mary rules, regulations, and policies.
- Serve as a mentor and role model for student-athletes.
