Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily shift operations
- Ensure efficient and smooth operation of the kitchen and food production
- Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, baking, and pastry tasks as needed
- Package and organize food items for catering orders
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Collaborate with management to implement new policies or procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food production, preparation, and cooking techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations
- Leadership abilities with a proactive and hands-on approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality food presentation
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
