Job Title: Assistant Manager
Duties:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Train and supervise staff members, including scheduling and assigning tasks
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and achieve targets
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with the manager to create and implement policies and procedures
- Handle cash management, including opening and closing registers
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
