Pikemann is looking for a HCM Service Representative.
As a HCM Service Representative, you will be the main contact for our existing clients and provide them with high-quality service to enhance and strengthen our partnership. You will work with your assigned clients to understand their business needs and support them with our full range of HCM products and services, such as Payroll, Time and Labor Management, Human Resources, 3rd party connections, and ancillary products. You will be part of our Client Service Team and collaborate with other members to deliver the best solutions for our clients.
- Build connections with clients and share product knowledge to create a superior service experience
- Work well with other team members to meet client expectations and service needs
- Support clients in using the software and services, such as Payroll, HR, Carrier Connections, etc.
- Address and resolve client issues, requests, or complaints promptly and effectively within operating requirements
- Monitor payroll calendar for a book of clients and ensure payrolls are processed on time and accurately
- Must have a solid foundation of knowledge of payroll rules and practices, wages & hour laws and payroll tax regulations.
- Must have UKG Ready (WFR) experience
