We are currently seeking a HC & Insurance Operations Senior Rep. to join our team in LINCOLN, Nebraska (US-NE), United States (US).
Onsite Return Mail Processor

Wage is: $16.50/hr and Hours of Operation is M-F 8am to 5pm CST. Schedules are subject to change to meet business needs. Must be commutable distance to our Lincoln NE office as this is an onsite role.
Basic Requirements:
2 years of insurance, enrollment, or banking experience
2 years mail processing & reconciling
1 year office enviroment or mailroom enviroment experience
Ability to life 20 pound boxes
Responsibilities:
-Review and track returned mail, updating member addresses and resending mail as appropriate
-Determine processing protocols for enrollment, disenrollment, and membership reconciliation
-Reconcile discrepant data between enrollment system and CMS
-Experience with Medicare Advantage
-Prior knowledge of ikaSystems preferred.
New hire must have a working device (such as cell phone or tablet) for the 2-Factor Authentication process.
*** All new hires will be required to successfully complete our Call Center training classes and demonstrate proficiency of the material.
Must Pass a background check with Education check and employment verification check.
