We are seeking high school students for Summer into Fall Co-Op opportunity to work at our High Concrete Group! This is a Summer position into Fall Co-Op for high school students, working 40 hours per week during the Summer.
The position starts at $20.00/hr.
Our Co-Op position will allow you to experience and learn about High Concrete in our different departments throughout our Plant!
You will go through 3-4 different areas of our industry, each area will last 3-4 weeks and each area will follow along side your skillset and interest!
- 1 rotation in Mold Shop Carpentry
- 1 roation in Form Building Carpentry
- 1 rotation in Production Set Up (Utilizing Carpentry skills)
- 1 rotation in another related area
The Summer position will follow into Fall Co-Op position. A benefit of completing our Summer/Fall Co-Op will allow you to be considered for full-time employment once graduated!
Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Familiarity reading blue prints a plus
