Position Title:Team Assistant (Field Team)
Overview: The Team Assistant is primarily responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This position is also responsible and accountable for ordering and inventory of medical and office supplies. They provide administrative assistance to Team Patient Care Manager and clinicians.

You Have:
- High School or GED equivalent required. AA Degree preferred.
- Experience – At least 3 years’ office experience in an administrative environment. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. May require some nights and weekends.
- Ability to deal professionally and effectively with all levels of Haven personnel.
- Advanced proficiency with PC software such as Word/Excel/Power Point/Access

Location: Orange Park
The Orange Park Care Center is Haven’s fifth free-standing care center serving north Florida is a state-of-the-art facility that allows us to expand our services to better meet the end-of-life and palliative care needs of patients and families in the area. The care center is located at 745 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park.
