Our Digitalization team is looking for a talented Electrical or Electronics Engineering student to join our team this Summer as an application engineer in our Milpitas, CA office. Our team works on a platform for customers ranging from block diagrams and architectures to manufacturing proof of concept designs. The successful candidate will work directly with our hardware simulation team during their internship. An intern working with the team can expect to learn how to validate a PCB design by simulation, reading and analyzing hardware schematics, and potentially PCB bench testing during their time with our team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop the PCB simulation on PoCs
- Evaluate the simulation result.
- Summarize the simulation target among different products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and electronics or Electronics disciplines with Junior (3 years) standing or higher
- The position is in an office and lab. Familiarity with the following:
- Altium design review
- Knowledge of PCB simulation parasitic extraction, environment setup, and result reading
- Use of Oscilloscope is helpful.
- Python is helpful.
