Duties/Responsibilities:
• Conduct and solve the technical issues timely in QMF
• Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and USA customers.
• Analyze the failures and collaborate with R&D team to find out the root cause
• Manage and guide the transition of new products into production
• Analyze test data and help improve manufacturing process
• Review and guide the troubleshooting/repair direction
• training HW engineers

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent, with a minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of/Experience in/Proficiency in server/storage/PC hardware architecture
• Demonstrated analytical critical thinking skills and communication skills.
• Experience working in manufacturing and/or product development role.
• Firsthand lab debug experience with scopes is desirable.
• Experience in designing circuit boards is desirable.
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift fifteen pounds at times.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
