If you have experience in residential Hardie Siding Installation, have a positive attitude and are already licensed and insured, it's time to launch your new partnership with M&M Home Remodeling. We are looking for talented Siding Installers to join our team immediately as subcontracted Install Partner crews.

Responsibilities:
- At least one year of experience with vinyl and/or fiber cement siding
- Tear off siding, install house wrap, install new j-channel
- Repair work of installs, Install flashing and complete Siding Installs with metal panels
- Thoroughly clean job site
- Communicate with homeowners and Superintendents while onsite to address any problems (must have one English speaker on your crew)

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least one year of installation experience - vinyl/fiber cement
- Quality workmanship & excellent communication
- Motivated, organized, disciplined
- Your own truck and tools and proper insurance and licensing
