Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This is a hands-on position that requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Duties:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues or hazards
- Repair or replace broken equipment, fixtures, or appliances
- Install and assemble furniture, fixtures, and other items as needed
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines

Skills:
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
