Handyman / Maintenance Technician - Great Pay & Needed ASAP!

Trinity Association Management is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our properties in the Arvada area. Our Maintenance Techs are responsible for the aesthetic oversight of the property in addition to providing a safe and well-maintained living environment for residents. This position requires a high level of organizational skill as well as the ability to detect, identify, and repair the facilities. We’re looking for someone who has basic handyman abilities and takes pride in the result of their hard work and dedication.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Perform routine maintenance around the property
• Work outdoors approximately 90% of the time
• Oversee pool maintenance
• Set the schedule to snake in-ground drains
• Basic plumbing to address leaks, clogs, or other drainage issues
• Supervise vendors
• Landscape edging and additional, minor landscaping duties as needed
• Maintain sump pump
• Keep mail kiosk tidy and maintain lighting
• Maintain golf cart
• Demonstrate excellent customer service with all homeowners, vendors, and co-workers
• Addresses the concerns and maintenance needs of our residents in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with other types of maintenance repair as needed

Successful Candidates Must Have:

• Valid CO driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of and ability to use basic tools and small machinery
• Physical mobility and ability to work outdoors in inclement weather
• Punctual and self-driven to succeed
• Ability to work independently, handling multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude
• At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance related field preferred
