About the Position: The Handyman Helper position is our entry level position that is geared toward helping an individual who already has some experience in construction and wanting to advance. In this role, initially you will be paired with a handyman and he/she will be your mentor in showing you how to complete a multitude of task that a handyman might encounter throughout their day. In this position, we are looking for someone who has the ability to learn quickly and begin working on their own. You must become competent in most scopes of handyman work and this will lead to greater pay and leadership opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Already have or will have a basic set of tools.
• Reliable vehicular transportation. Also must have insurance and a valid driver's license.
• Full time available.
• Must already have some experience in the construction and handyman trade.

Preferred Qualifications

• Clean and have a professional appearance.
• Multi-skilled in general home improvement, repairs/maintenance, remodeling, and drywall, tile, carpentry, match textures and paint, install doors and windows.
• Must be self-motivated, good communicator, have excellent customer service skills and produce quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills.

Pay: At Cedar Park Handyman, we pay based on previous work experience along with other factors such as job performance. We pay an hourly rate as well as rewarded in bonuses and tips.
