Handyman Assistant

```Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman/woman Person to join our team. As an assistant Person, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, has strong problem-solving skills, and enjoys working with their hands.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs

- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues and recommend solutions

- Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed

- Repair or replace damaged components or systems

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner

- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Skills:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Person/Handyman or in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs

- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
