Description
The Shiseido Summer Internship program is a paid, full time 9-week program for college rising Juniors or Seniors starting June 3 rd through August 2 nd . We are committed to your professional development. During your time with us, you will participate in meaningful projects, networking, professional development workshops, a diverse speaker series, and volunteer activities. You will also have the opportunity to connect with your peers across the world!
Responsibilities: Collaborate with the operations team to understand current reporting processes and identify areas for improvement. Engage with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback to tailor reports to meet diverse business needs. Assist in day-to-day business planning tasks, gaining hands-on experience in the typical responsibilities of an analytical function within an organization. Analyze data and propose insights to contribute to strategic decision-making within the supply chain. Take ownership of a project aimed at enhancing existing reports, ensuring accuracy, and implementing improvements for increased service rate.
Requirements:
Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor’s degree
Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized
Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented
Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Have a passion for cosmetics, beauty industry and consistently keeping up-to-date with trends
